The drive should not have more than 50 errors for the whole drive. Leave the computer for perhaps a few hours. If it does not say failed go in the basic tests menu and do a long dst. If it says "FAILED" then you know right off: bad hard drive. First check the bottom half of the screen to see if the drive has "passed SMART". When you run seatools, boot from the disc and click on your hard drive once the seatools program loads. You will have to change your boot order in your bios allow booting from cd before hard drive. The site may refer to the tool as 'seatools for dos'. Google seatools live cd and burn that from another computer (should be found only on ). Test for bad hard drive and bad ram first.
